Rekindle Your Inner Spirit

This is a space for the small and sacred details: the turning of a leaf, the first intentional breath in a day, the dappled morning light streaming through the windows, the energy of a new idea, the surprise of remembering a part of yourself you thought was lost, a moment of true peace.

House of Embers was created as a gathering place— to rest your mind, your heart, your nervous system. We sit with sound, ceremony and plant-based nourishment. Not to become something new, but to remember what has always been quietly alive within you.

Ashitaba reminds us that gentleness is powerful. That regeneration can be quiet. That life returns, even in ash. This is the heart of House of Embers — a soft symbol of beginning again.

Through each gathering, we make room for exhaling what has grown heavy, for remembering your own center. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning.

With The Art of Ashitaba

Lauren holds this space

She gathers circles, prepares with her hands and listens deeply. Her presence is steady, warm and calm — the kind that lets your shoulders soften before your mind understands why.

Lauren Bachmann teaches, guides ceremonies, cooks with love and intention and holds space softly, so you can settle and deepen your breath effortlessly.

She offers in-person and online gatherings in Nuremberg, Germany, throughout Europe and beyond.  You are welcome here.
