I designed this weekend of self-care for both 200hr YTT as well as creatives, doctors, project managers, students, teachers - anyone holding space for themselves and for others, curious to learn more about ancient rituals or craving a mini-retreat for self-discovery. Join for continuing education or just for you 💛
You’ll learn techniques to center yourself and calm your nervous system, theory behind ancient rituals from around the world, you’ll experience 3 multi-sensory ceremonies yourself, have solo and group time for inner reflection, and you’ll create together a small ceremony that we’ll experience in this safe little cocoon.
New Year Ritual with Lauren - Nuremberg, Germany
Begin the year in softness.
90-minute special with a Crystal Alchemy Soundbath, created to ground your body, calm your nervous system, and open space for new intentions to arise. As the resonance of the singing bowls moves through the room, you’ll be held in a field of warmth, rest, and renewal—an inner reset for the year ahead.
After the soundbath, we’ll close with a warm cup of tea and time for quiet reflection and connection. You are welcome to journal, share what surfaced, or simply linger in the softness of the moment. This final ritual grounds the experience—helping you integrate, invite clarity, and carry fresh energy into the new year.

Spark your curiosity and embark on a trip around the world with the yin yang sisters, where we will excite your senses and together experience relaxation techniques from the far east to the west (& everywhere in between) over two days during our GoHo Weekender.
With Sina on her travel adventure, this year Allegra will guide you through two classes including pranayama, meditation and asana practice. While being super soft you will dive deep into your body & mind.
As a compliment to our ceremonies, yoga flows and workshops, with our curated and plated menu, you will indulge in a culinary experience with a high-vibe plant based menu handmade for you. The menu will take you around the world with the yin yang sisters' interpretation of their favorite dishes from their recent travels. We cannot wait to share our latest obsession with you: our magical saffron elixir. You're in for a treat!

Lauren will guide you through a special cacao ceremony, infused with sakura (cherry blossom), which is saved for important ceremonies and once-in-a-lifetime events in japan.
You’ll enjoy this special creation while you take in the garden views at VILLIBALD, including its own cherry blossom tree. The second half of the event will be a soundbath with Lauren’s unique 7 crystal alchemy bowls, to nurture your inner landscape before we close in a circle and leave time for community.
